Select the departure, destination and journey type in the estimator. Amounts are indicative and must be confirmed.
Why do some categories show “To be confirmed”?
The source grid sometimes contains a zero or conflicting values. The website never interprets these as a free ride.
What does “On request” mean?
The grid does not provide a usable amount for that category or route. Taxi Maroc therefore reviews the request.
Is the booking immediate?
No. The form records a request. Explicit confirmation of the fare, vehicle and availability is required.
Which airports and cities can I request?
The service covers routes in Morocco subject to availability. Grid routes are available in the estimator; others are reviewed on request.
Is the exact vehicle guaranteed by the category?
No. The category helps estimate the requirement. The model, usable capacity and luggage space are confirmed separately.
Can I book for a family or group?
Yes. State adults, children, any seats, luggage and equipment so an appropriate category can be proposed.
What should I provide for an airport transfer?
Airport, flight number, scheduled time, final address, traveller name, reachable phone number, passengers and luggage.
How is a round trip handled?
The estimator adds the outbound and exact reverse route when both are in the grid. Otherwise, the return is reviewed manually.
Can I request several stops or a chauffeured service?
Yes. Describe the full programme. A dedicated quote is required because duration and waiting affect organisation.
Which payment methods are accepted?
This information must be confirmed by Taxi Maroc before publication and at booking.
What are the cancellation terms?
To be confirmed. Conditions must be clearly communicated with every booking.
